Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Keywords Studios is a game development studio that partners with clients to build games across PC/console. The Associate Producer serves as a core coordinator for the production team, responsible for maintaining project organization, facilitating communication, and ensuring accurate project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling, assignment, and tracking of art assets through the development pipeline to ensure on-time delivery to clients
- Update and audit task management software (e.g., Jira, Shotgrid) to maintain data integrity and project transparency
- Schedule and attend internal and client-facing meetings; distribute clear, actionable notes and follow-up on outstanding items
- Collaborate with project leadership to execute against milestones and assist in scoping and scheduling discussions
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing solutions to improve team productivity
- Create and maintain comprehensive studio documentation, internal wikis, and project presentations
- Act as a secondary point of contact for external clients under the oversight of senior production staff
Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in a production or project coordination role within the Games, Tech, or Creative Media industries
- Foundational knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with task management software (Jira, Trello, Shotgrid, or equivalent) and standard office suites (Microsoft/Google)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professional discretion and attention to detail
- Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
- Experience working with or along teams creating 3D models, rigs, and animations
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro)
- Basic familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity
- Experience working across multiple time zones and diverse cultural environments
- Foundational understanding of task automation and cross-platform documentation tools
