Responsibilities
- Import transactions and attachments from the POS system into QuickBooks Online
- Validate, map, and review transactions to ensure proper GL account coding
- Accurately record and post daily financial transactions
- Match bank transactions and input expenses correctly
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
- Generate, send, and follow up on customer invoices
- Support senior accounting staff with projects and ongoing tasks
- Stay current on financial policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Review work regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency
Skills
- Proficiency in Accounting, Finance, and Bookkeeping
- Experience with Financial Statements and reporting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in the collision industry or similar fields
