[Remote] Account Executive - SMB Sales (Salon & Spa Software)

They are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to connect with small business owners and help them modernize their operations for increased profitability. Responsibilities - Become an expert in Mangomint and the salon & spa industry so you can build trust instantly and advise owners with confidence - Own the full sales cycle from the moment an opportunity is created through close: discovery, demo, negotiation, and everything in between - Run concise, high-energy discovery and demo conversations following our golden script to get to the heart of the customer's needs - Manage a steady inbound pipeline efficiently and with urgency. Respond within minutes, not hours - Solve for customer pain points, not features- lead with the transformation they'll experience and know when to walk away if it's not the right fit - Coordinate closely with the onboarding team to set them up for a successful customer launch by ensuring notes and intros are meticulous - Exceed your quota and contribute to a high-performance team.
