Registered Nurse Supervisor Registered Nurse Supervisor (PM Shift - 2:00pm - 10:30pm - Full Time, Every Other Weekend) As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will - • Oversee and coordinate the medication aide assignments on the long-term care units. Responsible for signing off on any data collection completed by medication aide. • Respond to complete Change of condition assessment and documentation. Reports any change of condition to provider for appropriate follow up. • Respond to any fall for RN assessment and assists in proper documentation with the medication aide. • Provide feedback to Nurse Manager relevant to LPN and CNA nursing staff performance evaluations. • Supports the Mission, Vision, and values of Woodside Senior Communities.
