Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Responsibilities Coordinate and advocate for our patients' care & create an appropriate discharge plan. Review patients' charts, and meet with families and healthcare providers to establish the most suitable course of action. Should remain in contact with patients and their families during the hospitalization stay. Qualifications Job Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Texas Registered Nurse with an Associates, Bachelors or Masters Degree Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience Preferred Job Requirements: Case Management certification Experience in utilization review, discharge planning, quality programs Apply Job!
