Float Clinical Care Coordinator (RN MDS / Assessment Coordinator – RNAC) Location: Harrisburg / Lancaster, PA (and surrounding areas) Employment Type: Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (Remote Flexibility) Travel Requirement: Travel between client facilities required (mileage reimbursement provided) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Float Clinical Care Coordinator (RN MDS / RNAC) to support nursing homes throughout the Harrisburg and Lancaster regions. This role assists, substitutes for, and trains MDS Coordinators as needed across multiple facilities.
