Summary Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing patient care in collaboration with other health care members in accordance with established standards and skill competency utilizing a standard or virtual nursing platform. Minimum Qualifications • Must possess a current license or a temporary practice permit to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. • Appropriate 3 years of clinical experience with a thorough knowledge of the scientific principles of nursing and professional nursing standards, developed skill in delivering nursing care, and the ability to adapt to individual needs. • A fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system and ability to navigate care via a virtual platform • Excellent teamwork and communication skills with all healthcare members, ability to delegate tasks through a virtual platform • The ability to successfully complete a competency-based orientation and annual competency testing of skills and knowledge necessary to provide care to specific patient populations. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Interdisciplinary communication Preferred Qualifications • 5 years of relevant clinical experience in a related field. • Bachelor's degree in Nursing. • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
