Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) License , 10 years of experience in nursing or related field , Strong customer service skills , Excellent public speaking abilities , Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint , Strong analytical and critical thinking skills , Experience in risk management or quality improvement.
