Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like Core Ramp Operations - Lift, load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo safely between aircraft and the terminal using manual techniques and powered equipment. - Guide incoming and departing aircraft to and from gate positions, ensuring on‑time connections and minimal ground‑time delays. - Protect assets by preventing damage, loss, or exposure to adverse weather throughout the handling process. - Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors with precision, even in congested or high‑traffic areas of the ramp. - Utilize baggage scanners and computer systems to verify routing information, scan tags, and update tracking records with 100% accuracy.
