Job Description:
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate tasks and activities across multiple teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.
• Apply both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when relevant.
• Provide regular status updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Prepare and deliver concise, polished presentations on project status, risks, and milestones using PowerPoint.
• Conduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and final documentation.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of project management or coordination experience, preferably in technical environments.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management approaches.
• Experience using project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent time management, detail orientation, and prioritization abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to write comprehensive, clear, and concise status reports.
