This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring alignment, transparency, and high-quality outcomes.   Responsibilities The following list describes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities for this position: - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects - Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget - Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility - Plan resource availability and allocation - Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques - Report and escalate issues to management as needed - Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Review and understand project Statements of Work (SOW) - Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify specific project needs - Track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals - Meet budget objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis - Continuously develop communication and leadership skills - Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements A project manager has business, management, budgeting and analysis skills. It is an excellent communicator, is comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player and has a problem-solving attitude. - Educational background preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers - Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector - Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools and Ticketing systems - Advanced English (written and spoken) - PMP Certification (valued)
