Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer implementations and internal initiatives. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The Project Manager will act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring alignment, transparency, and high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
The following list describes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities for this position:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Plan resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Review and understand project Statements of Work (SOW)
- Meet with clients to gather detailed requirements and clarify specific project needs
- Track project performance to ensure the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budget objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Continuously develop communication and leadership skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
A project manager has business, management, budgeting and analysis skills. It is an excellent communicator, is comfortable managing multiple tasks, a team player and has a problem-solving attitude.
- Educational background preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Management Tools and Ticketing systems
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- PMP Certification (valued)
