This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized Production Coordinator to manage scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow across multiple projects. This role sits at the core of production operations, ensuring projects are properly resourced, delivered on time, and aligned with business priorities.
You will work closely with production teams, project leads, and senior stakeholders to maintain visibility across all ongoing and upcoming work, proactively identifying risks and optimizing team utilization.
Your Duties:
As a Production Coordinator / Scheduler you will be responsible for:
- Manage and maintain production schedules in real time
- Allocate resources effectively by matching the right team members to projects
- Monitor staff utilization and optimize workload distribution
- Support the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts proactively
- Attend WIP and production meetings to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to support project delivery
- Manage freelance resources and holiday coverage planning
- Produce reports and analyze data to support decision-making
- Provide administrative support to Senior Production Managers and teams
- Maintain records of production equipment and asset registers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and processes
Requirements
- 1+ year in production coordination / project coordination
- Experience in a similar production, scheduling, or coordination role
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong stakeholder management skills
