Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional patient care, including taking vital signs, documenting demographics, insurance, medical history, medications, allergies, and test results in our electronic medical record system (EPIC) Perform point-of-care testing for strep, flu, COVID-19, urine pregnancy, and other tests as required Assist with patient registration, answer questions about MinuteClinic services, and manage patients in the waiting area Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, including exam rooms and waiting areas Perform administrative tasks, such as inventory management, patient callbacks, equipment cleaning, and document management Requirements: Recent healthcare experience or completion of a program such as CNA, MA, EMT, PCT, Pharmacy Technician, or Nursing Student Knowledge of medical terminology and excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members Basic Life Support certification from the American Red Cross or designated and approved provider Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as EPIC High school diploma or equivalent required What We Offer: Competitive salary: $27-$35/hour Flexible scheduling and remote work opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Take the Next Step Are you ready to join our team and make a difference in healthcare?
