Technical Analyst – Oracle Data Migration
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support the analysis, cleansing, and migration of legacy data into a modern pension administration platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle databases, structured documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data conversion initiatives, excellent analytical capabilities, and experience supporting audit and validation processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze legacy data structures and define data mapping requirements
• Support data cleansing efforts by identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, and gaps
• Document technical specifications, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes
• Prepare meeting agendas, define objectives, and facilitate structured stakeholder discussions
• Track issues, risks, and outcomes in JIRA or similar project tracking tools
• Contribute to bi-weekly reporting, dashboards, and project metrics
• Develop reconciliation and validation documentation to support compliance and audit reviews
• Collaborate with system integrators, consultants, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in technical data analysis or data migration roles
• Strong expertise in Oracle 19c and advanced SQL
• Oracle Data Migration-related certification
• Proven experience delivering structured technical documentation and reports
• Experience with JIRA or comparable project management tools
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate
• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
• CDMP – Practitioner (Certified Data Management Professional)
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
• Experience supporting independent verification or audit reviews
• Prior experience with payroll and HR system integrations
