North America Cybersecurity Sales Leader
Role Overview
The Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales Manager is responsible for leading high-impact enterprise sales initiatives, cultivating executive-level relationships, and driving sustained revenue growth across strategic accounts and partner channels. This role partners closely with CISOs and senior IT leaders to position cybersecurity solutions that address complex business and risk challenges.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute enterprise sales strategies aligned with organizational growth and revenue objectives.
• Build, develop, and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers, including CISOs, CIOs, and IT leadership teams.
• Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities through targeted prospecting, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage and negotiate complex enterprise contracts, ensuring long-term value for both the customer and the organization.
