The position involves the coordination and expansion of our international professional network and includes indicatively, the following responsibilities:
- Liaison with professional and regulatory bodies for licensing and registration matters, including bar associations in various jurisdictions worldwide.
- Communication with foreign bar associations and courts.
- Handling matters related to professional civil liability insurance.
- Coordination of office leasing arrangements all over the world.
- Identification and collaboration with local professionals (lawyers, accountants an other consultants) in different countries to support our clients' needs.
- Overall contribution to the strategic development and expansion of the firm's international network.
The role is of a coordinating and organizational nature and is essential to the firm's growth and cross-border activities.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- 3–5 years’ experience in international coordination, professional services, or regulatory liaison roles.
- Experience with cross-border projects, professional networks, or office operations internationally is desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with senior professionals globally.
- Professional, discreet, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with professional civil liability insurance and regulatory procedures is a plus.
Technical & Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM.
- Fluency in English; additional languages valued.
