We are a growing home services company specializing in roofing and exterior projects (doors, windows, siding) and are looking for an experienced Monday.com CRM & Workflow expert to design and implement a complete CRM + project workflow system. Our goal is to use Monday.com as the central operating system for: - Lead management - Sales pipeline - Project/job workflows - Task management for crews and managers - Automated follow-ups and internal notifications This is not a basic board setup. We are looking for someone who understands how to translate real-world service business operations into scalable Monday.com workflows. What We Need Built: You will help design and implement workflows that cover the full lifecycle: CRM / Sales Pipeline Leads → Inspections → Estimates → Approved Jobs → Completed Jobs Custom statuses and fields for job type (roofing, doors, windows, siding) Automation for follow-ups, reminders, and status changes Project & Job Workflows Automatic project/job creation when an estimate is approved Task templates for different job types (roof install, siding install, window replacement, etc.) Assignment of tasks to crews or managers Progress tracking from start to completion Automation & Triggers Status-based automations Task creation and assignment Internal notifications and reminders Post-job follow-ups and next-step triggers Dashboards & Visibility Pipeline overview Active jobs by stage Crew workload and task status High-level operational reporting Required Experience: - Building advanced Monday.com CRM and workflow systems - Automations - CRM boards - Project/task boards - Dashboards - Experience with home services industry - Ability to think operationally and design clean, scalable systems - Clear communication and documentation skills Nice to Have: - Experience with Zapier or Make (Integromat) - SMS or email automation experience - CRM migrations Deliverables: - Fully functional Monday.com CRM + project workflow system - Automated pipelines and task flows - Clear documentation and handoff - Optional ongoing optimization/support Please include: Examples of Monday.com systems you have built, and a short explanation of how you would structure a CRM + project workflow for a roofing/exterior company. We are looking for someone who can own and optimize this system, not just create boards. There is potential for ongoing work as our company grows.
