Healing Words Psychotherapy LLC (Healingwords.net) is founded by clinicians who have years of experience in the field and training/supervision expertise. We are dedicated to increase the access to therapy by training the younger generation, so we are constantly looking for passionate psychotherapists to join our growing practice. We’re a Telehealth Only practice based in Florida so candidates need to reside in Florida State or is willing to relocate. Requirements: • Minimum of master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or other majors equivalent to MSW • Qualified applicants must be a provisionally or independently licensed clinical therapist in the State of FL, including: LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, Limit Permit, Registered Intern, etc. • At least one year client facing experience in a clinical setting • Any second working language is preferred, any Asian language is highly appreciated • Strong communication skills and culturally sensitive • Proficient in navigating technology, including but not limited to Microsoft, Google Drive/sheets/docs and common EHR system Benefits: Competitive compensation in private practice model Flexible hours based on your availability Bi-weekly paycheck Continuing Education Reimbursement after reaching full caseload and 1 year of employment Clinical Supervision by senior LCSW/Qualified Supervisor Please email resume and 2 reference letter/contact to:
