The Firm
Avantech Law is a next-generation IP litigation boutique built for the future of high-stakes advocacy. Founded in 2021, we combine the rigor of top-tier lawyering with a model that values balance, transparency, and growth. We maintain an unwavering commitment to excellence while recognizing that people do their best work when their professional and personal lives are in balance. Our tech-forward, flexible model allows team members to work from where they are most effective and engaged and to set personalized billable-hours goals that fit their individual circumstances—without compromising the caliber of our work or our dedication to outstanding client service.
At Avantech, attorneys take on real responsibility early, working on complex, high-profile patent cases alongside seasoned trial lawyers. Our team handles matters that define industries, and we expect every lawyer to play a substantive, strategic role—both in the courtroom and in shaping the firm’s future.
The Position
We’re looking for exceptional litigators (3–8+ years of experience) who want to do the best work of their careers without the grind and opacity of BigLaw. We are looking for individuals whose prior experiences and personal qualities mark them as future leaders—both within the firm and in the courtroom. This position offers:
• Real courtroom experience: You’ll argue, depose, and lead—not just support.
• Transparent path to partnership: Clear metrics, open compensation, and true upside.
