Literature Manager - 6 Month FTC

Job description Nucleus is looking to hire 2 Literature Managers on 6 month FTC's to help us through a busy and exciting period as we continue our platform transformation programme.   Role purpose  Our literature team is central to ensuring we issue clear and effective product literature that helps customers easily understand and engage with our products, driving positive outcomes and helping ensure their retirement will be more rewarding.  This essential role is to support the development and delivery of customer facing regulatory and operational product literature, ensuring it meets all regulatory and brand guidelines. Its purpose is to support the Senior Literature Manager and ultimately the Head of Brand and Marketing Operations to establish and maintain the customer literature estate across the group, continually increasing our standards, and ensuring it is fit for purpose.  You’ll spend your time:  Preparing and managing customer facing literature:  - Proactively managing literature ensuring technical, operational and regulatory changes are incorporated on a timely basis. - Draft new literature ensuring it is clear, fair and not misleading and adheres to consumer duty/ customer understanding principles.  - Manage regular product suite literature reviews, document type reviews and approvals liaising with respective Subject Matter Experts using our compliance workflow system, Nutshell, so they are captured by our annual oversight process. - Applying feedback from external annual literature testing to continue to strengthen our SOLVE framework, a toolkit we apply as part of our ongoing Consumer Duty commitment to ensure our literature is clear, fair and not misleading. - Effectively dealing with internal and external queries in relation to customer literature. - Adhering to literature processes and procedures and keeping them up to date as required. - Co-ordinate the upload of literature items to the website estate (via CMS and Nutshell). - Manage printed literature, braille and large print requests liaising with external non-standard print specialists.  - Complete procurement requests and maintain a record of literature spends on marketing budget tracker.  - Attend project meetings as required and provide literature related input. - Responsible for completing all mandatory training and to do so within required timescales. A bit about you:  We’d really like you to have/be:  - Excellent grammar and copy writing skills - Ability to adapt at pace to changes in workload priorities - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - In-depth knowledge of investment platforms, financial products, and services,  - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial services industry, particularly financial promotion principles and sign-off processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent organisational/planning skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines You’ll have strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills to deliver clear and concise customer product literature.   You’ll be highly motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
