What you'll own • End-to-end product strategy for our AI Healthcare Assistant: 0→1 launch, PMF, and national scale. • Patient research & segmentation. Dive into visit data, wearable feeds, and survey insights to identify at-risk cohorts and craft personalized outreach triggers. • Gamified engagement loops. Design streaks, XP, badges, and progress dashboards that turn medication adherence and preventive screenings into "can't-miss" daily habits. • Automated outreach. Orchestrate dynamic email / SMS / push campaigns that adapt in real time-think Duolingo's "lazy email" meets HIPAA-grade care pathways. • AI feature development. Combine LLMs, RAG, and voice UI to answer questions, schedule appointments, and escalate to clinicians when needed. • Cross-functional leadership. Partner with physicians, ML engineers, designers, compliance, and ops to ship lovable, regulator-ready features. • Metrics & experiments. Define north-star KPIs (engagement rate, HbA1c improvement, etc.), run A/B tests, and iterate fast. • Mentorship. Coach an Associate PM and level-up peers across design, eng, and analytics. About you • 6+ years driving full product lifecycles, including one consumer engagement product that reached ≥1 M users or a healthcare population of similar size. • Proven track record with behavioral-economics or gamification mechanics (streaks, points, leveling, referral quests, etc.). • Data-driven: comfortable with SQL/Python; can size TAM, design multivariate tests, and defend results with statistical rigor. • Conversational-AI know-how (ChatGPT Plugins, Vertex AI, or similar) and familiarity with RAG pipelines. • Storyteller who aligns executives, clinicians, and engineers around a crisp vision. • Bonus points for: EHR integration, clinical-workflow design, or Spanish/French proficiency.
