Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent to support senior brokers in sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and executing commercial real estate transactions.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage and is willing to learn the fundamentals of deal-making, underwriting, and client advisory.
You will gain direct exposure to property valuation, lease analysis, market research, and transaction negotiation. You will also identify potential buyers, sellers, and tenants through cold calling and real estate platforms searches.
Key Responsibilities
Deal Support & Transaction Execution
• Assist in sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities
• Conduct property research and financial analysis
• Support underwriting of retail, office, multifamily, or industrial assets
• Coordinate due diligence and transaction timelines
Market Research & Prospecting
• Research ownership records and tenant data
• Identify potential buyers, sellers, and tenants
• Conduct cold call outreach and relationship-building
• Track market comps (sales and leases)
• Monitor cap rate trends and market shifts
Financial Analysis
• Analyze rent rolls and operating statements
• Assist in building pro formas and valuation models
• Support pricing recommendations
Marketing & Client Support
• Coordinate property tours
• Maintain CRM database
• Provide timely client communication and updates
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
• Active Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain quickly)
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high work ethic
• Familiarity with CoStar, Loopnet, and Crexi
