What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports in Tableau, connected to project data sources (Salesforce, Data Cloud, external systems)
- Create executive visualizations for metrics such as claims, portfolio management, customer scoring, churn prevention, and financial analysis
- Develop operational dashboards for SLA metrics, service queues, response times, NPS, appointment volumes, and no-show rates
- Configure data connections with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Data Cloud
- Implement program metrics dashboards, including delivery timelines, cycle times, quality, and custom KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau (Desktop, Server/Online, Prep)
- Experience with Tableau-Salesforce integration and Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)
- Strong knowledge in data modeling for analytics and SQL
- Experience creating dashboards for the healthcare sector or operators is a plus
- Intermediate English proficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Data Analyst
- Skills in data storytelling and visualization design
