Overview
The IT Program Manager supports a broad range of initiatives within the Office of the CIO (OCIO), including program coordination, reporting, communication, and execution of enterprise IT transformation efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple interrelated technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, strategic priorities, and program management best practices.
The IT Program Manager plays a key role in supporting presentation development, executive communications, resource planning, and financial tracking, including invoice processing and budget coordination. This position provides centralized governance and oversight across programs, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and successful execution of IT initiatives.
Working closely with IT leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the IT Program Manager monitors project dependencies, tracks performance, and consolidates reporting across initiatives. The role also supports the development and implementation of program management standards, templates, and methodologies while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
or
5 years of related experience in lieu of education
Certification/Licensure
PMP or related certification preferred
Experience
• With a degree: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT program/project management.
• Experience in IT program or project management, supporting multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience with reporting, presentation development, and executive-level communication
• Experience supporting resource planning, coordination, and financial tracking, including budgets or invoice processing
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple interrelated projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with the ability to influence and coordinate without direct authority
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$106,080.00-$176,820.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
