Tessco LLC is a leading North American value-added distributor of wireless networking products and solutions. They are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to support their Utility & Rail team, focusing on account development and qualifying new opportunities for senior sales executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small accounts through consistent outreach, relationship building, and tailored solutions
- Proactively identify, research, and qualify new accounts to hand off to senior sales executives
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and product/service presentations
- Execute targeted campaigns to expand revenue within assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and activities
- Collaborate closely with outside sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and revenue growth targets
Skills
- 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to qualify prospects and uncover decision-making processes
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and professional growth
- Comfort using CRM tools and sales technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
