**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative – Sales, you will be the voice of arenaflex, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to enhance their service experience, drive satisfaction, and foster loyalty. You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
* Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
* Explain bills and product features clearly
* Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
* Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
* Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
* Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends
* Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
