**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and we're looking for someone who can make a lasting impression. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Qualifications**
* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* An understanding of excellent customer care concepts and principles
* Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* Ability to communicate professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
* Ability to handle private and confidential information with discretion
* A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence
* Ability to be thorough and complete in tasks, with a focus on attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Work experience in a call center environment
* Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
**Schedule**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
**Location**
This is a work-from-home position, and you'll need to have a dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
