**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Subject Matter Expertise**: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Service Cloud, providing guidance and support to internal and external teams on platform usage.
* **Training and Development**: Coordinate and lead training initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer sessions, to ensure process adoption and drive operational excellence.
* **Operational Support**: Support Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners with operational needs, training, and guidance to ensure seamless collaboration.
* **Specialized Requests**: Handle complex consumer requests, such as refunds, escalations, and defective claims, with empathy and professionalism.
* **Performance Metrics**: Monitor and report performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, AHT) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
* **Collaboration and Liaison**: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external call center partners to ensure smooth collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
* **Customer Experience**: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **3-5 years of experience** in customer service or call center operations, with a strong understanding of retail or BPO environments.
