We are a consulting company that negotiations compensation for individual physicians using education (webinars, lectures, partners) as our primary growth channel. We currently use HubSpot but do not use it well — and we’re looking for someone who can help us fix that properly. PLEASE do not use AI for answers. I can tell and I'll delete. Our target customer is every physician in the United States that works for a hosptical or practice. This role is strategy-first, not just execution. You have to come with ideas. If your first question to us is "What do you want to do with your HubSpot?" then you are the wrong person -- we don't l know! That is why we need you. Someone patient and experienced who will: Listen to how our business actually runs today Help us simplify and consolidate tools Design growth strategies that live inside HubSpot Then help implement them cleanly over time You will be expected to say things like: “You don’t need three tools here.” “This should live in HubSpot.” “Stop doing this — it’s creating noise.” Responsibilities Audit our current HubSpot setup Design a clear HubSpot-based growth strategy Consolidate webinar, email, and follow-up flows Define lifecycle stages, properties, and reporting Help turn education into consistent revenue Reduce chaos, not add complexity This is NOT Just an email role A funnel-hacking role A task-only role Start your response to me with your favorite color so I know you read all the way to the end.
