Description:
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of HR administrative
experience, specifically including Workday/HRIS usage. A high level of English
proficiency (written and verbal) and the ability to work fixed US business
hours from a remote location in India. Core technical competency in Workday
transactions is essential, specifically the ability to accurately process
lifecycle transactions, manage data entry, answer HR inquiries through a
ticketing system and troubleshoot system workflows. Expected to handle sensitive
personnel records and compliance tasks (such as I-9s and unemployment claims)
with absolute confidentiality and attention to detail. A proactive mindset
is required to work independently, solve problems, and maintain professional,
empathetic communication across global teams. Experience with G-Suite and/or
Microsoft is needed.
