About the position
The HR Advisor position provides generalist support for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. In this role, you join a high energy and collaborative team that is dedicated to providing end-to-end HR support to our global workforce for all of their HR needs.
•tProvide guidance and resolution of HR issues across the breadth of HR’s services and offerings including, but not limited to: benefits, payroll, workplace accommodations, global mobility, compensation, talent development, etc.
•tDeliver world class care experiences that helps our employees get back to doing the best work of their lives
•tContribute to a highly collaborative, cross-functional team dedicated to continuous improvement of the workforce experience
•tPartner closely with centers of excellence to influence improvement in programs and offerings based on voice of customer and customer experience
•tDeliver personalized care experiences and effective partnership through multiple modes of communication to include chat/phone/case work
•tCoach end users through use of HR technology systems and SaaS applications
Responsibilities

Requirements
• 3+ years of HR generalist experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting end-to-end HR offerings, LOA, Payroll, Benefits, etc.
• Adept at coaching people leaders and employees
• Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
• Continuous improvement mind-set
• Comfortable with heavy use of technology
• Work hours are normal business hours with expectation for periodic overtime
