Role Description
This role involves launching an innovative fully remote Audiologist (AuD) position within a well-established, multi-specialty ENT organization in Southern California.
• Conducting virtual audiograms
• Diagnostic testing and interpretation
• Remote troubleshooting and patient support
• Potential future incorporation of cochlear implant (CI) services
• Documentation and collaboration with on-site clinical teams
This is designed to be a diagnostic and clinical support-focused role, rather than a sales-driven position.
Compensation will be structured similarly to on-site providers, making this an attractive opportunity for an audiologist who prefers a clinical emphasis without revenue pressure.
Qualifications
• Doctor of Audiology (AuD)
• Active California Audiology license
• Wired high-speed internet connection (required for telehealth platform reliability)
• Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary ENT team
