The ideal candidate will have a solution-orientated mindset, a patient-centric approach, and over 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strong territory-specific sales plans, establishing relationships with key hematologists, and promoting BeiGene 's products through value-add interactions.
