Healthcare Recruiter – Indian Reservation Nursing
Location: Remote or Midtown Manhattan
Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission
United Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter who has a proven background placing nurses on Indian Reservations. This experience is required and not negotiable.
Responsibilities:
• Source, recruit, and place nurses for Indian Reservation and IHS facilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through placement
• Build and maintain relationships with Tribal partners and clinical talent
• Meet placement goals in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
• Direct experience recruiting nurses for Indian Reservations (IHS or Tribal Health)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and hit production targets
