Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter / Contract / Remote

Exciting Talent Acquisition contract position for a Go to Market Recruiter. This is with our SaaS Client in business sales tax. This is a 100% remote position, any timezone. Immediate need. Duration is: 9 months through the end of the year. Experience Requirements • 5-10+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong experience supporting AI first SaaS organizations in GTM lines of business. • Proven success recruiting within EMEA and LATAM regions, with a strong understanding of local talent markets. • Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive talent • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles with competing priorities. • Experience advising senior stakeholders on hiring decisions, market insights, and strategy. • Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools and technology into recruiting workflows. • Demonstrated recruiting experience utilizing AI-driven platforms, including Paradox, HiredScore, and BrightHire, to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate engagement. • Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS platforms. • Our client is an AI-first company. Required Technical Skills • 5- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record supporting teams • Proven success hiring specialized AI/ML and Data Engineering talent, including research/applications • Deep understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning frameworks • Advanced sourcing expertise, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow • Experience advising senior stakeholders and translating market insights into hiring strategy • Knowledge of EMEA and LATAM talent markets What You Will Be Doing Top Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle recruitment across GTM roles in the US — from intake through offer. • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to define needs, build strategies, and drive hiring outcomes. • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source top talent and build diverse pipelines. • Translate market research into actionable hiring strategies, including competitor insights, compensation trends, and talent availability. • Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, smooth process flow, and alignment with our Client’s brand. • Strong experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technology to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including interview process design, DEI initiatives, and talent analytics.
