Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a risk-based global compliance program tailored to manufacturing operations.
• Establish and update policies related to compliance and regulatory agencies.
• Provide regular compliance reports
• Support compliance with global standards.
• Deliver global ethics and compliance training tailored to plant managers and procurement teams.
• Partner with Global Quality, Operations Management, and other pertinent departments to ensure compliance with product and industry standards.
• Support regulatory compliance certifications (e.g., CE marking, ISO standards).
• Manage product recall compliance processes and regulatory notifications
• Conduct global compliance audits of manufacturing sites.
• Implement corrective action plans and monitor remediation effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with relevant international standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to QMS and identify areas for
improvement.
• Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements related to the industry and ensure
the organization's compliance.
• Foster a culture of quality consciousness and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback
from various sources.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance overall quality
performance.
• Assist with ISO 9001 audits and maintain all necessary records and procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company policy.
Qualifications
• 8–12+ years of experience in global compliance within manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments.
• Experience working with global facilities.
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Quality Systems such as ISO:9001 is required.
• Must have the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to deliver well organized presentations to a large audience.
• Able to make independent decisions without supervisory assistance.
• Able to travel globally as required
