Job Description:
• Own and manage named global enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategic cross-sell, up-sell, and account penetration strategies.
• Coordinate globally across Minitab teams for consistent pricing, positioning, and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across customer organizations.
• Drive revenue growth through sale of products and services.
• Navigate complex, long sales cycles while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Travel 50–70% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners, including international travel.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the information technology market.
• Proven success with average deal sizes greater than $250K.
• Consistent achievement of 100%+ of assigned quotas, including seven-figure deals.
• Experience managing large global accounts ($10B+ USD) across long sales cycles (6–12 months).
• Strong background in consultative, executive-level relationship selling.
• Demonstrated ability to sell both software solutions and services.
• Experience in fast-paced, competitive enterprise sales environments.
• Experience selling to Plant Managers, Directors/VPs of Operations.
• Experience selling MES, PLM type software preferred.
• Sales leadership or sales management experience (preferred).
• Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience (a plus).
