As a German-Speaking Travel Support Agent, you will support travelers before, during, and after their trips, ensuring a smooth, stress-free booking experience. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy travel-related problem solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, international environment. Your Role as a Travel Support Expert You will act as a first point of contact for travelers, supporting them across the full booking lifecycle via phone, email, and chat. Main travel-related contact drivers include: - Flight, hotel, and package cancellations & modifications - Refunds, charge inquiries, and payment clarifications - Assistance with existing reservations - Handling travel-related complaints and service recovery - Supporting partner/extranet accounts - Responding to reviews and information requests You will support customers primarily in German, with English overflow (1%–90%) depending on daily demand. English is also used for systems, training, and internal communication.
