Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Background as a Paralegal, Legal Analyst, or Legal Consultant preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. contract structures and legal terminology.
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
