Forensic Accountant – Financial Reconstruction & Blockchain Tracing (Family Law Matter)

I am seeking a crypto-literate forensic accountant / financial analyst/reports to assist with review of a financial disclosure analysis in a family law financial disclosure matter. Specifically, this engagement involves reviewing cryptocurrency exchange activity to identify cash flows and gaps in accounting. The work is factual and analytical only — no legal opinions are required. This engagement is strictly factual and analytical. No legal opinions are required. Scope of Work You will be provided with: • Financial reports of all bank accounts and crypto exchanges/portolfios • Crypto exchange transaction history • Ethereum / crytpo wallet transaction exports Your tasks will include: • Review the reports provided • Review specifically the crytpo reports and wallet addresses provided • Mapping transfers from: - Exchanges → external wallets - Wallets → subsequent addresses (where traceable) Identifying: • Total value transferred out of disclosed systems • Downstream destinations (where identifiable) Producing: • A clear spreadsheet or document report This analysis may be reviewed by legal counsel so clarity and neutrality are essential. Required Experience • Forensic accounting or financial reconstruction experience • Comfortable reconciling bank statements and exchange records • Ability to interpret Ethereum / ERC-20 wallet transactions • Methodical, evidence-based reporting style • Clear written English Not suitable for: • Crypto traders • Investment advisors • Pure tax accountants • Speculative or opinion-based analysis Deliverables • Excel file(s) containing: • Crypto transfer schedule • Gap / missing information log • Factual • Neutral • No legal conclusions or accusations Engagement Terms - Initial scope capped at 4 hours - Additional work subject to approval
