Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (US or Canada Remote)

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the FP&A Manager will be primarily responsible for the budgeting, planning and forecasting process, compiling management reporting and KPI's and communicating and reviewing monthly results with key stakeholders. Essential Duties/ResponsibilitiesSupport the annual budget process, coordinating with key budget owners to gather inputs as needed to develop overall corporate budgetProvide supporting maintenance and development of company financial modelOwn and support strategic / financial analysis as well as model buildingReview and understand revenue and expense trends to maintain accurate forecast in Adaptive and distribute forecast updates as neededProactively optimize the current reporting structure and analysis via Adaptive PlanningMaintain Adaptive Planning environment to ensure accurate reporting and user accessAnalyze monthly results and research variances to budget, providing Accounting feedback on adjustments as neededDistribute month-end budget v actual reports to Senior Management and develop reporting packages for these key stakeholders, addressing related inquiries as neededCompile and distribute various monthly and quarterly Management reporting, including company metrics and KPI's.Drive continuous improvement in current reporting and modeling to provide key stakeholders better insight into company performanceMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceProvide support in evaluating potential strategic finance optionsCoordinate with Sales Management / Director of Revops in the development of sales team targets ensuring that individual targets align with overall company goalsPerform ad hoc reporting and analysis as requiredOther duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredStrong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability.Prior experience working in companies that measure ARR and other common SaaS metrics.Exceptional modeling and strategic analysis skills.Innate curiosity, always looking for ways to be helpful in order to improve processes and support the businessExcellent interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing with all levels of management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment with many competing priorities.Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.Proactively identifies and pursues opportunities for improvementHard-working, detail oriented and committed to producing great end results.Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team.Develop and drive accountability for self and others.Excellent time management/prioritization and project management skills.
