Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Field Service Sales Person role located in Delaware City, DE. The Field Service Sales Person will be responsible for driving sales of tech labor solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, negotiating terms, conducting follow-ups, and offering solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and providing insights into market trends to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven track record in Sales and Business Development
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Management skills
Understanding of IT Solutions, Technical Services, and Contract Management experience preferred
Ability to Analyze Market Data, Identify Trends, and Develop Strategic Business Plans
Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required
3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the tech or labor services industry
Proficiency in CRM tools and software is a plus
