Facebook & Instagram Ads Expert Needed (Local Events / Ticket Sales – High ROI Focus)

We are looking for a highly experienced Facebook/Instagram ads specialist to manage and scale paid campaigns for a children’s live event (Princess Ball Experience) across multiple cities. This is a 3-6 month engagement with a very clear goal: drive ticket sales and maximize ROI. We have upcoming events in April and May (as well as three more in the following months) and need to sell ~1,000+ tickets (~$40 each). We are prepared to spend ~$2,000-4,000 in ad budget and are targeting strong return on ad spend. That budget is for the April and May events, and then we would reassess additional media spend for the June, July and August events where we would be looking at selling another ~2,000 tickets between those three events. (same type of princess event, just in different cities) Scope of Work: Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end Set up proper campaign structure (cold traffic + retargeting) Create and test multiple ad creatives (image + video) Optimize campaigns daily/weekly based on performance Implement audience targeting (local radius, parents, interests, etc.) Set up and manage tracking Scale winning ads and eliminate underperformers Provide clear reporting on performance Ideal Candidate: Proven experience running ticketed event campaigns OR local consumer events Strong understanding of conversion-focused campaigns (not just traffic) Ability to write or guide high-converting ad copy Experience with retargeting funnels and scaling campaigns quickly Bonus: experience with family/kids events, entertainment, or local experiences What We Are Looking For: someone who can own this and drive results someone who understands how to convert cold traffic into ticket buyers someone who can move quickly and optimize in real time Budget & Structure: Ad spend: ~$2,000-4,000 (for the April and May events; additional for following events) Freelancer compensation: open (fixed fee or performance-based preferred) Potential for ongoing work if successful Please include: Examples of campaigns Typical CPA / ROAS you achieved Brief explanation of how you would approach this campaign Any experience with event or ticket sales campaigns We are looking to hire quickly and begin testing campaigns within the next few days.
