You'll be the face of arenaflex, using your communication skills and empathy to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued, respected, and supported. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner * Use active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations * Work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one, and that our customers feel valued, respected, and supported * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, and use this knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent certification * At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Reliable private internet connection, not supplied by use of cellular data (Not a hot spot) **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues * Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Schedule** * Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. -11:00 p.m. EST * Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability) * Schedules are adjusted per time zone **Compensation** * The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount arenaflex is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
