Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Providing exceptional guest services, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Screening potential guests, conducting thorough checks, and ensuring compliance with our company's policies and procedures
- Leveraging AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to craft comprehensive and personalized guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
- Utilizing Guesty and/or HostAI to manage guest communications, bookings, and other related tasks
- Reporting maintenance and damage issues to operations via Operto Teams and submitting damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
- Building, managing, and reporting on in-house maintenance labor, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions
- Assisting with the onboarding of accounting systems, providing working knowledge of business financials and accounting principles
- Developing and maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors, ensuring seamless tertiary market management
- Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest services and proactive issue resolution
- Writing and responding to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar and communication skills
- Proficiency in using VoIP systems to communicate with guests and vendors
- Experience with Guesty and/or HostAI, or similar property management software
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools for guest messaging and communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve guest issues efficiently and effectively
- Availability to work Thursday and Friday, 3pm-11pm CST, with potential opportunities for part-time overnight shifts
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
