**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Fulfilling travel-specific requests for high-profile clients via phone, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently.
* Researching, planning, and executing customized travel experiences, including booking domestic and international flights, car, and/or hotel travel arrangements.
* De-escalating customer stress when unforeseen travel situations arise, providing expert guidance and support.
* Utilizing knowledge to help clients access their exclusive benefits, including making the most of their Membership Reward points.
* Troubleshooting customer issues related to the use of the travel website and expertly guiding customers through the site.
* Participating in paid training programs to develop skills and knowledge required to become a travel expert.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
* Excellent geographical and travel knowledge through professional or personal travel experience.
* Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously and being internet-savvy.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email).
* Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate in a polished, educated, and professional manner.
**Work-from-Home Requirements:**
To qualify for this position, you must:
* Provide a private, distraction-free at-home office space with a lockable door.
* Procure, set up, and maintain high-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload.
* Use a wired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods) capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate.
* Ensure your internet connection is connected to a modem/router through a hard cable/ethernet cord.
* Have a Smart Phone operating on the most up-to-date software system.
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
* Must be able to complete a background check.
* 2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a highly interactive hospitality or travel-related role.
* 1 year of Call Center experience required.
* Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.
