Our mission is to push the boundaries of technology, creating unparalleled experiences that enable us to rapidly adapt in a dynamic environment. **A Day in the Life** As a Technical Program Manager in our D2AS team, you'll thrive on solving challenging problems and driving innovation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Managers, other TPMs, and multiple development teams, to define, design, and deliver complex product features. Your expertise will be essential in managing all aspects of project execution, leading efficient delivery of large programs, and devising technical specifications and system integration. **Key Responsibilities** * Interact with Product Managers, other TPMs, and multiple development teams to define, design, and deliver complex product features. * Manage all aspects of project execution, and lead efficient delivery of large programs. * Devise technical specifications and system integration, demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, and evaluate new ideas, design, and solution choices. * Identify bottlenecks, risks, and issues at different stages of the program. Provide escalation management, trade-offs, and mitigations, balancing the business need and technical constraints. * Drive the technology strategy, collaborate with business and development teams across the company to analyze the cost/benefit of project selection. * Engage with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, senior leadership, and keep everyone informed through regular reporting, status reviews, and other mechanisms. **Essential Qualifications** * 3+ years of technical product or program management experience * 2+ years of software development experience * 3+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience * Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules **Preferred Qualifications** * 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software development, project management, and technical program management * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills * Ability to analyze complex problems, identify bottlenecks, and develop effective solutions * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Experience with Agile methodologies, version control systems, and project management tools * Strong understanding of technical concepts, including system integration, architecture, and design **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
