As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction. If you're a customer service professional with a strong track record of success, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying customer questions, complaints, concerns, and overall needs * Providing sufficient answers and solutions to all customer queries * Handling customer complaints respectfully and professionally * Redirecting customers to appropriate departments and teams when necessary * Following up with callers on complaint/question status to ensure resolution * Collaborating with call center team members and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction * Following all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction * Performing duties and responsibilities with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority **Education and Experience** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) * A minimum of one year of call center experience * Helpful, friendly customer service experience * The ability to talk on the phone and navigate a computer at the same time * The ability to read notes within the computer system to answer questions * Good judgment and resourcefulness to find answers and resolve issues satisfactorily for callers * The ability to multitask (i.e., document all calls, send emails and/or faxes to callers, perform any follow-up work promised to a caller) **Essential Qualifications** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer software and systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer service software and systems * Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
