* Researching and verifying external data to ensure accuracy and reliability
* Scouring and designing data to convert into system-compatible formats
* Supporting Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements
* Utilizing Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
* Participating in special projects and data analysis requests
