**Job Summary**
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Advertising shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with leads, and encouraging customers to place orders
* Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
* Handling customer phone calls and assigning leads to our closers as needed
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate leads on Facebook Marketplace using our software
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone
* Follow up with leads and encourage customers to place orders
